BRONX DANCE THEATRE BEGINS ITS 36TH SEASON

For 36 years Bronx Dance Theatre has been incorporating the Art form of Dance into the fabric of Bronx life. Our students learn discipline while experiencing the joy of dance. We prepare Bronx youth to become independent and productive citizens.
Our strong emphasis on classical dance techniques distinguishes BDT from all the other dance programs in the Bronx. All of our students have the opportunity to participate in professionally staged shows, an experience that enhances their lives and delights their families.
The Bronx Dance Theatre offers quality professional training in Classical Ballet, Pointe, Broadway Jazz, Tap, Contemporary , Hip-Hop, Flamenco, West African and Belly Dance.
Bronx Dance Theatre also offers a comprehensive Arts-In-Education Dance Program to public and private schools grades K-12. These programs are designed for each school and can be incorporated into the school’s curriculum.

BDT teaches over 45 dance classes a week in Classical Ballet/Pointe
,Contemporary,Modern Dance (Graham and Horton),Jazz,Hip-Hop,Flamenco,
and Belly Dance and Tap for all ages and levels.The programs are divided into levels according to age, artistic and physical development. All placement is at the discretion of our professional teaching staff.
Special Pre-Dance Programs are available for young dancers ages 3-6,including Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet/Tap Combos.
